Project Synopsis

Airlines often face a negative stigma, and Delta wanted to change perceptions by highlighting new amenities designed to make flying more comfortable.

Our team at Digitas created an interactive rich media and social campaign showcasing Delta’s improvements—more legroom, charging stations, and free Wi-Fi. We later expanded the campaign with Ideas in Flight, a TED partnership inviting passengers to share their own ideas for better travel. The project earned an Active Branding Award and inspired internal engagement through an employee photo contest, supported by a microsite I designed to display submissions.
