SEBO’s U.S. website failed to reflect its premium brand image, overwhelming users with information and driving them toward competitors like Dyson and Miele.
Through heuristic evaluations, interviews, and usability testing, I identified key pain points and recommended a streamlined, modern redesign focused on guiding users through the model selection process for a smoother, more confident shopping experience.
